  • John Cotton

    John is an NFPA certified personal trainer. He graduated from UCO with a B.S. in kinesiology. Fitness has been a part of John’s life for as long as he can remember. He played baseball growing up and starting working out at the age of 15. John was a collegiate baseball player at SWOSU. He has trained all levels of clients from professional body builders, to athletes, and functional training. He has been a full time trainer since 2015 and has retained 30+ clients for over 5 years.

  • Mike Holland

    Mike has been a strength coach and personal trainer for 20+ years. During that time he has had experience managing fitness facilities since 2002 here in Edmond, including his own.

    On top of his decades of experience in training and in business he is a former athlete (baseball and football) and an experienced Powerlifter. While competing in powerlifting he set multiple Oklahoma state records and has been ranked top 26 overall globally and 16 overall in Oklahoma as a masters lifter in 2021. He currently is ranked 143 all-time globally as a master lifter.

    He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, easy to talk to and eager to help anyone with their goals. Mike has worked with all ages and abilities and across all sports.
